       一、產品介紹(Introduction):

      納米晶材料同時具備硅鋼、坡莫合金和鐵氧體的優點,高頻逆變電源的工作頻率在20kHz~50kHz,作為電源心臟的主變壓器,傳統的鐵芯材料鐵氧體雖高頻損耗較低,但其100kHz以下頻段的磁導率較低,且其飽和磁感應值(Bs)較低,鐵芯的體積和重量仍較大,此外,鐵氧體的居里溫度較低,熱穩定性差,溫度稍高即導致Bs值降低,易飽和,工作狀態不穩定,不適合于高頻大功率下使用。納米晶材料,具有優良的綜合磁性能,特別是應用在高頻大功率逆變電源上鐵芯的首選。納米晶鐵芯不僅用于逆變焊機電源,而且廣泛用于電解電鍍設備、感應加熱設備、充電設備、通信電源、UPS電源、X光機電源、激光電源、變頻調速電源等領域。

      Nanocrystalline materials have a combination advantages of silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite, the working frequency of high frequency inverter power supply is 20 kHz ~ 50 kHz, as the heart of main power supply transformer, although the traditional ferrite core material loss at high frequency is low, but the permeability of below 100 kHz frequency is relatively low, and its saturation magnetic flux density value (Bs) is also low, the volume and weight of the iron core is still large. In addition, because of low Curie temperature, weak thermal stability, Bs  value decreases quickly when little temperature rise, easy to saturation and working condition is not stable, ferrite is not suitable for high frequency power. Nanocrystalline materials have excellent comprehensive magnetic properties, especially applicable in high-power and high-frequency inverter power core. Nanocrystalline core not only used in inverter welding machine power source, but also widely used in electrolytic plating equipment, induction heating equipment, charging equipment, communication power supply, UPS power supply, X-ray source, laser power supply, frequency conversion power supply, etc.

      4.納米晶與鐵氧體鐵芯使用溫度范圍及其溫度穩定性對比

      (Operation Temperature Range and Stability Comparison Between Nanocrystalline and Ferrite Cores)

      納米晶居里溫度570℃,傳統鐵氧體的居里溫度僅200℃,在-40℃~+140℃溫度范圍內,納米晶鐵芯主要磁特性變化率小于10%,而傳統的鐵氧體卻高達50%以上,用納米晶鐵芯制造的濾波器件,可以更好地應用于高溫環境,更適應環境變化。

      The curie temperature of nanocrystalline material is 570℃ and that of ferrite is only 200℃. The main performance of nanocrystalline cores change less than 10% at the range from -40℃ to +140℃. But the changing rate of ferrite is more than 50%. Filters made of nanocrystalline cores can be better applied to high-temperature environment and adapt to environment change.
